Update 2023: At trial in the High Court, Deanna Havas was shown to have been coordinating with neo-Nazi conspiracy theorists Daniel 'DC' Miller and Nina Power, as well as Daniel Keller, to “defeat” me “psychologically” in email chains from 2018, revealed during disclosure. The judge ruled that Mr Miller and Ms Power's conduct was an "aggressive" course of bullying with the “whiff of threat and antisemitism", and that it amounted to “a ‘dabbling in the soul’ of a real-life Jewish man”, while Ms Havas's witness statement for the Claimants was struck out.
